How It Works
Set up as many timers as you need, customize each one, and let them run while you work.
Pick a Preset or Add One
Tap a quick preset like 25 Min for Pomodoro, or click "+ Add New Timer" to set a fully custom duration.
Customize Alarm & Repeat
Choose from 5 alarm tones and turn on Repeat to run Pomodoro-style cycles back to back.
Reorder & Save
Drag the ⠿ handle to reorder cards, and save any timer setup as a reusable template.
Start & Get Notified
Hit Start. Each timer runs independently with a progress ring, and alerts you with sound and a browser notification when done.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about using the countdown timer.
Can I run more than one timer at once?
Yes. You can run up to 20 timers at the same time. Each timer is completely independent, so a Pomodoro session, a tea timer and a one-hour focus block can all count down together.
How does auto-repeat work?
Tick Repeat on a timer and set the number of cycles, for example 4 for four Pomodoro rounds. When a cycle ends the alarm plays, there is a short pause, and the timer restarts automatically until all cycles are complete.
Will I be notified if I switch tabs?
If you allow browser notifications when asked, you get a desktop notification and an audible alarm even when this tab is not focused. The tab must stay open in the background.
Where are my saved templates stored?
Templates are saved in your browser's local storage. They stay available on the same browser and device, but they are not synced across devices and clearing your browser data removes them.
Can I reorder my timers?
Yes. On a computer, drag the ⠿ handle at the top-left of a timer card onto another card, or focus the handle and use the arrow keys. On touch devices, use the up and down buttons on each card.
Do I need to download anything?
No. The timer runs entirely in your browser, with nothing to install, and it works on desktop, tablet and mobile.
